I appreciate the Indy's interesting article on the State Street plan , however, it might be helpful to everyone involved if a broad based survey was taken that asks one simple question:
"How often do you go to State Street since the road was closed?" Weekly? Monthly? Once a year? Or, I avoid it.
The response may be surprising. My guess, based on conversations with friends and acquaintances, is more than half say, "I avoid it."
