Seeps?

Why this reaction to an interloper's uneducated hysteria? [ Slick Off Platform Holly ] Now my "hackles" are up. Santa Barbara locals know about the seeps and the increased activity since Refugio, so why give this guy press? I welcome the Fish & Wildlife analysis; I am sure they were not surprised, but am curious as to why the Indy appears to be.
